[Wolves] Error message decoding...

Well what's going on is simple the script can't find the
'phpbb_confirm' table in database 'staffslu_xmb1'. What's causing it
is another matter.

I'd check that table exists first and if it does ensure that it's
named exactly the same as presented above.
