If anyone does want to use a forum, There is one active on the splinescan site at http://www.splinescan.co.uk/forum - there are sections there for linux and off-topic stuff. I must admit, the mailbox can get a bit swamped if it's not kept in check, but it's not exactly crippling. Monkeysailor
