No it doesn't. Which is lucky because it flattens batteries even when 
not being used. I undestand this was fixed on the upgraded models.

The only problem with it as a web-cam is that it is so small that the 
weight of the USB cable tips it over. If this is going to be your 
dog-cam then  I guess it will be taped to the window anyway, so that 
won't be an issue.
