[Wolves] Firefox and pop up ad's

Sorry everybody I am going to use the swear word...  Windows :-)  I
know that one or two people on here use Windows as well as Linux. 
Well, have any of you started to experience a sudden abundance of pop
up adverts while using Firefox?  I'm got the latest version installed
and yes, I do have the tick box marked to block pop ups.  Now it may
only be the Windows version that is affected...or is it?  I am not the
only one but I've only heard it from Windows users as yet.

Could it be a bug?
