Due to a recent government anti-noise initiative all our rattles were 
confiscated and replaced by teddybears.  I can assure you that these bears 
are being thrown out of the collective prams just as frequently as the 
aforementioned rattles, but they just don't have the same effect.

Of course now that the midlands is generally quieter they can now take up the 
slack by expanding all the local airports!
