Just posted a suggestion but it might not be in the correct place.  1
person you will definately need especially as this event will be
bigger is a general floor manager.  Ie. someone to make the decisions
you guys can't eg. people with student cards who want to pay on the
door, or who have paid and didn't realise they need to bring anything
to prove it, organising change over of door people, power to remove
people who cause a sceen etc., and any other decisions that we  had to
ask you guys about last time would simply be run through one person
who could be found pretty much at all times.  Knocking most of the
organising pressure off you guys.
