Sorry, I think I'm misunderstood. What I meant really was :
"Are the people who decide to do a talk using the wiki or something to
detail when/what they plan to do it.... e.g. on 29th February I'll do a
talk on Windows 2005. etc., or is this all stored in upcoming.org"
So if for instance, I decide I'd like to give a talk on pie making,
where do I go to register my interest and intent to do such a thing, and
find what slot(s) are free for me to do it.
