[Wolves] Symbian Development and syncing on Linux

Hi all,

I've just got a new phone nokia 9500 communicator, and im tryin to find
out if i can sync it with a ubuntu box i have at work. 

Also i havent looked into this properly yet but are their development
tools for Symbian that work on Linux, so i can do a couple of apps whihc
i need.
