They are getting a very strange rep as well.  Lots of people have told 
me to stay away but I am yet to find anyone who hasn't found the owners 
to be a really pleasant couple when they have used their services.

It's all a mate of my mate said... stuff.

For what it's worth the bloke across the road from me uses them all the 
time and never has a problem with them swapping stuff that's broken 
months after purchase.  I brought one thing from them and it worked 
perfectly at just slightly more than computer fair prices and just less 
than universal down the road.  They also seem to be sticking around 
unlike most of the small retailers that have started up in the last ten 
years so they look a decent bet.
