What!!! its crap who on earth wants all those processes running all at once? 
if you look at the process reading on the top right they are running that 
much that swap memory is being used!!

Mind you I suppose its personal choice.

It will be either Gdesklets or Karamba these are only the widgets you then 
install themes from either;

You'll need to install whatever you want to display the info you desire there 
are specific ones for all you Ubuntu Waller's.
