[Wolves] e107 webpage/forum experience?

Has anybody got any experience using the e107 combined webpage/forum
and wiki?  It's not for me personally.  I'm just looking for security
tips that I can pass on.  I mentioned the spam we suffered for a while
on our WolvesLUG wiki and it made me ask the security question.....
