Firstly, for 8Mb upload with ADSL you will need 32 lines, not 24 (256Kb
*4 * 8).

If you can get it a 1:1 8Mb SDSL connection would be cheaper, take a
look at http://www.easynet.co.uk otherwise you are down to a leased line.

Would co-location not be cheaper? as a rough rule of thumb, it is
cheaper to take the system to the bandwidth than to bring the bandwidth
to the system. There are companies who do co-location locally so it will
not involve a trek to docklands when the system needs attention.
