The box is in a location which is inaccessible. It has a software
problem which results in TCP packets being delayed/dropped.

There is a new box which has been donated to lug.org.uk and is
awaiting installation at a new hosting provider who is also providing
a service for free.

Once the server is co-located it shouldn't take long to migrate
services over from the current host to a new one.
