It's not an individual thing. It's the lug box that has the problem,
not individuals.

The fact that mail is sometimes delayed and sometimes isn't is usually
down to the load on the lug box and nothing else. If there's a
bucketload of mail for lots of mailing lists queuing up then there'll
be delays.

The new server should fix this.
