The official Dell lead is part 470-10433. It looks like this:

My guess is that internally, it contains a 470 pF capacitor across the
signal pins and maybe a 75 ohm resistor to ground.

I have a lead that fits and splits to a 4 pin s-video and a composite
phono. But only the s-video gets a signal from my Dell.
