You'll soon get tired of it and switch back to X :D

Did you do something as another user? It's possible (as Simon alluded)
that you have something running under another user. Maybe look for the
gnome-window-decorator using "ps" and see who it is running as?

They maybe "sudo killall gnome-window-decorator" and restart it as you?
