Um, no, I'm getting the problem every day (Turn off Laptop every night) cron 
has obviously got to its monthly check today and that has failed as well.

Two thoughts:

1. Could it be the iFolder sync interfearing?
2. Is 0anacron correct? or should it be anacron.

I cant see its no.2 as I wouldn't be getting the bit about avoiding deadlock
