[Wolves] Has Tux been nabbed?

Is it just The Inkfactory (3rd party inks etc) or have Apple nabbed a
penguin in the advertising campaign?  I have just received a prize
draw thing from The Inkfactory (I somtiems get ink cart's from them)
with a new video iPod as the prize.  There is a silhouette of a
penguin and then more stylized pic's of penguins on some of the
screens.  Ok, not strictly Tux but it seems a little dodgy...
