OK,
based on this new information and assuming we are looking at 1-26 to
represent the entire alphabet (no numbers) the string becomes:
8 22 6 20 14 3 5 14 3 10 20 4 22 5 7 3 22 4 14 3 10 4 17 18 10 18 5 4 6 22 5
This gives us 4 off of 3, 4, 5 and 22, 3 off of 10 and 14, 2 off of 6,
18 and 20 and 1 off of 7, 8 and 17.
now for some scribbled thoughts:
I think we must assume a non-linear (ie not abcdef...) encoding here.
vowels could be 3 4 5 22 (u).
3 10 appears twice (_ed/_es?)
