With difficulty.

I don't know if the dvd includes the gstreamer bits and lame that your
missing if it does then that it the easy route.

If you have access to the internet then what you could do is download
the lame, and all the gstreamer0.10 elements and away you go.  You can
just drop the cd/dvd in and double click on the packages one at a
time.

Any other suggestions Guys?
