A bloke at work uses these people [0] to find this stuff out. It's
subscription based, but it appears to have all the info you're after so if
you fly a lot I suspect it's useful.
It has information about all the ticket prices for many major airlines and
details which ticket types are upgradable and so on.
Not a linux answer, but not a linux question :)
