[Wolves] help for an event

Heya,
after giving it another thought, 15th of september seems to be a saturday and there won't be any students at university on the weekends. I was thinking of organising the event during the freshers week. I will inform you of the precise date after i have a confirmation with the university. If you have any suggestions about it, feel free to let me know. Thank you.

Thanks for all you help and support. 15th September seems to be a great day indeed. I am waiting for a confirmation from the School of Computing and Information Technology(SCIT) at university in order to go forward with the idea.  Thanks again.Kind Regards,Suntish.
