[Wolves] Horde [Scanned]

I replied earlier but for some reason horde replied off list.

The suer I want to set rights for is the mysql user i created for horde to use to write to the DB.

MySQL system user, or user within the mysql database?

(not that I know the answer, but I'm just hoping some clarification may
help)
