[Wolves] Windows Sharing Properties

Most of you will know that I'm taking my A+ course at present.  One
section cover networking.  In there it covers windows sharing
properties.  My question is this:

What is the difference between Full Control and Change?

I ask the course providers and am now more confused about it than I was
before.  In linux terms Change=RWX and Full Control=RWX.  So there must
be a difference I just can't see it :(
