[Wolves] Windows NT + licenses needed!

There's a company over in Telford I think that buys out licenses from 
companies that have gone bankrupt.  Can't remember the name but they're 
the only company in the country that do it.  They then resell on the 
license.  Might be worth a bit of obvious Googling.
