That would depend upon the mail client you are using on your PC.  I
used to use Pegasus Mail on an old Win 2000 box way back when I used
POP mail.  I could elect whether to delete from the server or not.  I
have used similar with Linux.  I'm sure Kmail has this ability.  Yes,
it was definitely POP mail not IMAP :-)
