I like/have used:

http://www.jobserve.com/
http://jobs.guardian.co.uk/
http://www.computerweekly.com/Jobs/
http://www.monarchrecruitment.co.uk/
http://www.jobs-midlands.com/
http://www.redgoldfish.co.uk/ (had some good CV templates)

For Geeks-Like-Us there is:

http://jobs.joelonsoftware.com/

from Joel Spolsky who is highly regarded in the fields of software
engineering (being responsible for what became OLE and VBA in Excel,
then MS Office amongst many other things), project management and
generally doing software development the right way.

As mentioned, there is the Linux Jobs list lug.org.uk and Monster. A
friend of mine uses reed.co.uk a lot but never seems to get any jobs
(this might not be Reed's fault).

Depends what you want to do. A lot of these places are focused on career
people who want to move onwards or upwards. Most of the cool tech jobs
don't tend to advertise in this way. People like Canonical, Google, Red
Hat, Novell, Last.fm, Linden Labs, <insert cool Internet thing of the
moment here> and so on tend to have their own careers section on their
websites.
