There is one in the city centre, just off Queen Square by the 'man on the horse'. There may be others but I think they're not really common in the city centre, there are a few out of the centre though.

If you're at the man on the horse and start walking towards Subway then it's down one of the 2 alleyways you pass on your left. I forget which one it is, but they're pretty short so it's not like you'll have to walk far down each one. The 2 caveats to this plan are:

1) I know they're open on Saturdays, but I don't know how early and I don't know if they'll be open on Sunday at all.

2) The alleys will stink strongly of piss on Saturday and Sunday mornings, which is nice.
