[Wolves] Found a keyserver that works properly

Seahorse is a default in hardy so for those of you who upgrade the good
news is I've found a keyserver that works really well with it.  Actually
I read about it on the hudlug wiki for key signing parties.

The keyserver is wwwkeys.uk.pgp.net

It's fast and in the uk :)
