The OSM wiki page is here:

http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Maemo_mapper

However I can't say how many OSMer's have/are been using it.

Whilst we are on the topic of OSM, if anyone wants to come along to an
editing workshop (just an hour) then Richard Fairhurst (potlatch) and I
(JOSM) will be doing a hands on session at my place in Sutton Coldfield on
19th March. Once the hour is up we will wander up to the pub for a pint :-)

Its aimed at newbies or anyone wanting to get a better understanding of
efficient OSM date entry and editing, including tagging up stuff. All and
everyone is welcome though.

Details here:

Cheers

Andy
