What is best way to find a whole complete desktop system running linux
(Ubuntu) for a newbie in wolverhampton ?

I want to give a present to my nephew. I don't want to give a computer
with windows. He does not know about linux except he has seen it at my
house. I tried efficientpc.co.uk but they would not do monitor etc. They
even don't respond to emails let alone pick up phone.  Dell supply very
lowend graphic card.

To build my self is out of hand because I want everything delivered to
their house. Neither I want to buy a computer and then remove windows
and install Ubuntu myself.
