Assuming this is the server you collected from me the other day it is
either an Intel SE7501HG2
<http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/se7501hg2/>
or and Intel SHG2
<http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/shg2/> motherboard.

F2 should get you into the BIOS and then you can deactivate the PXE boot
and allow CD to get priority over HDD/RAID controller.
