Hi,

I'm not sure i'd call £20 for initial formation expensive, most of the
forms are available on their website.. If you make a mistake on the
forms, they don't re-charge - they just post them back asking you to
complete them. The hardest thing is possibly finding "Notary Public"
person who can sign it, but that isn't impossible.

The "Memorandum" and "Articles of Association" documents aren't
provided, but is included in the "Limited Company Kits" @ ~£9.70 on
Amazon. Add a stamp and you have your Limited company for £30 :).

Of course, there is no *need* to become a Director of a limited company,
you could just remain a sole trader. In which case, the only real
requirement is to tell HMRC that you are earning (within 3 months iirc).

Kind Regards,
Dave Walker
