Simon mate, notice the response is for ACT7 not ACT6
Now it was ACT6 then ACT 2000 prior to Sage buying it when they did they
upgraded everything and called it ACT7 even on the current version 11
(Which I'm on) it still has folders refering to ACT7

ACT6 and ACT7 are two different beasts
