[Wolves] Fwd: [SC.LUG] 3 Strike Petition

Hello All,

It's sad to see such bill being passed by the government. This bill, when
approved, will undoubtedly affect everybody, whether you are a UK citizen or
not. So, why restrict the petitions to UK citizens only? *Am I missing
something here?*

Why don't we get the students to participate and have their say as well,
whether you are from UK or not, as long as you are living in this country.
