I cant see anything about 3 strikes on this site or in the Mandleson 
'White Paper' pdf which I've just scan read/struggled through.

No sorry I don't take this as 'fact' how do I know they've got their 
facts right?

Especially a sight that has those frigging annoying adverts attached to 
what looks like a hyperlink but is not.

I'm not saying anyone is lying and I'm just as entitled to an opinion 
even if its wrong but so far I have not seen or been given anything 
definative thats says "Three strikes and you're out mush".

Just because the French have it doesn't mean we will after all we are 
British it just wouldn't be cricket :-)
