Move to BeThere - if they cover your local exchange. You'll move off the
BT network, and presumably not experience any congestion.
(I assume you're on ADSL as you mention BT etc, as opposed to virgin cable).

Looks good - but when I put my number into their checker, it says "not available at your exchange". Pity.
