[Wolves] Wiring RJ45 sockets

Hello all,

I'm wiring up a couple of RJ45 sockets with CAT5E cable.

I'm not getting anywhere: it all seems wired-up okay but I'm not
getting a connection.

I have a couple of basic questions:

 1. I believe I don't have to strip the sheath from each individual
wire: is that correct?
 2. Does it matter whether I use A or B wiring, so long as both ends
are the same?
