It's the one outside what was the Prince Albert pub, down the side of
the Light House buildings and has a taxi rank waiting along the street
that leads to it.

It's quite often full or nearly full, depending on whether anything is
on at the theatre, but there is a paid car park opposite and some back
streets you can use to park on, whether you supposed to park on them
or not...
