As for the role of a new Technical Support / Consultant, we are looking for
someone with some of the following skills:



Experience with Linux distributions (RHEL/CentOS), Oracle Linux and/or
Solaris experience would be beneficial.

Knowledge of any programming languages, such as C# (.NET 3.5), C++, Perl,
or PHP would be useful. Working with the NSIS / Venis installation tool
would also be beneficial.

Experience working with VMware/Hyper-V.

Any server/storage clustering experience beneficial
(DRBD/Linux-HA/VMware/WSFC)

Any experience working with installing and configuring MSSQL server
2008-2012 beneficial.

Any experience working with SAN environments and iSCSI in both Windows and
Linux environments would be beneficial.

Basic networking knowledge, to CCNA level, ability to set up and manage
VPNs (openVPN / SSL based VPNs), VLANs, and troubleshoot network issues.

Knowledge of working with SugarCRM, along with basic module development
would be beneficial.

Ability to maintain and manage Zimbra and Joomla installations.

Knowledge of network monitoring systems such as OP5 / Nagios to an
intermediate level. Ability to build, install and configure OP5 / Nagios
installations and build custom monitoring plugins.
