This looks to be some form of Multicast: group address 239.0.0.250,
from 192.168.101.13
on the wireless interface.  As such, it looks unrelated to OpenVPN.  Do you
have a Roku streaming box on your network? or similar devices.  Or it could
be some form of zero-conf protocol.

What routing are you pushing out in the OpenVPN config?
