Nothing, Bash is free.

Yet again it's another misleading Ubuntu related story. If you read it you will see that in fact it's CLI tools, it's a syscall translation layer that means you can run compiled Linux binaries atop a running Windows instance with little performance penalty. The keyword there by the way is Linux. *EVERY* Linux distro has these CLI tools.

Yet again we're seeing another instance of Ubuntu-nee-Canonical claiming ownership of something that actually isn't theirs.
