It's still 3rd party repo's TBH it's a funny concept if you think about 
it. They don't include certain packages because they are either 
proprietary or outside of the Fedora 'Community? Family? [insert word]' 
and yet have reams of info on their wiki and associated websites telling 
you how to add repo's and install specific packages. It's almost like 
saying "Guns are dangerous, guns kill people, here have a gun." LOL
