[Wolves] Recent email problems

Hi,

Recently, emails to lug.org.uk addresses were being rejected stating
that they were on the njabl.org blacklist.

It seems that njabl.org became defunct a number of years ago, but was
never removed from the mail server configuration
(https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Not_Just_Another_Bogus_List).

This has now been fixed and all emails to lug.org.uk addresses should be
working properly again.
