we looking at this piece of software to help organise all the items in
there archives. most of the digital versions are in spreadsheets.. so
there a lot of re-entrying data into some system which ever one..

this seems too be winning so far

we also need some form of backup system..
the being suggested is around £700 which seems a lot for such a basic
need for backing up data from the " Collection Management" we need a
better idea what they actually going to be backing up looks like the
modes software has not backup option...
