I have 3 x Cisco SPA 303 SIP VoIP wired desk phones. They're between 5 
and 10 years old (some broke and were replaced).

They work with Asterisk and other SIP PBXes. They work perfectly well 
but we replaced them with Yealink phones which support SIP over TLS. 
There is probably newer firmware available for them but they still 
didn't support TLS last I checked.

Not useful to you unless you run a VoIP phone system or have an account 
with a VoIP provider.
