[Wolves] Advice on vinyl plotter

My mechanic looking into getting 2nd plotter .. he wants to print out a
wrap for his custom mod stock car.. quite a few panels that need too be
wrapped..

The ones with built in cutters seem too be a bit more expensive.. just
wondering how complex the software is? Will just print a svg or jpg
onto.vinyl sheet?

Is the vinyl rolls generic n work.with all plotters? Are they still.based
on inkjet or thermal.ones? I know very little about these plotters ..

Looks a mind field..

Will have too work on win10? He not keen using Linux..
