Yes - appologies...
I should have let you know what was going on.

I've been trying to get the Marketing dept (as that's who's footing the 
bill) at SSP to organize things, but they don't seem to want to get
involved with anything that isn't glittery or has loud music and smoke
attached to it.

So...
I'll book it today and claim it back on expenses.

Were we reckoning on catering for around 15 people ?
