[Wylug-admin] New Venue Needed/Getting the site moved

I think the Old Broadcasting House venue sounds ideal - especially during the 
first couple of transition months when we can post someone outside the EC 
Stoner building to redirect people to the new venue. I haven't been able to 
find anything on their website (which is CC licensed!) to indicate what the 
fees would be for using the place but I think that Louisa investigated this a 
few months ago and it looked viable at the time. 

Is there any point in us all getting together for a pint in the next week or 
so to thrash out details and assign some responsibilities so that everything 
isn't dumped on Tom's shoulders?
