My decline in prominence is directly related to the decline in Mailman
notifying me of mail awaiting moderation -- credit to Phil for spotting
this (see attached mail) and dating its demise to May.

I would be entirely happy to resume active moderation if the system
could be made to inform me when action is required (and Phil's message
implies the same applies to him).
